Giovanni’s body of work includes mainly brand development, with top clients in Italy, such as Fc Juventus, Ac Milan, Rcs Group, Illy Cafe, Kimbo Cafe. 

Thanks to his experience, he was able to reach incomparable results mainly in Asian Market, where he has been worked for over 10 years leading the transition of brands to accomplish local taste, culture and needs.

Paolo is a determined individual and manager that is driven by a strong and

genuine passion for his job. He has natural leadership skills growth with

different work experience as general manager and is committed to pursue

and achieve the company’s business objectives and goals. He also strongly

believes that in order to achieve great results working together as a team is

mandatory.

He is always motivated and works well under pressure with a positive attitude

and mind towards both clients and colleagues.

I have distinguished myself in the field of professional volleyball by providing my professional services with different clubs.  I am endowed with great interpersonal skills and a strong discipline derived from my sports background.  I am now an integral part of MAS Concept, where I deal with brand and communication strategy.  I am aligned with the vision and organization of the company on a daily basis.

Memory and sixth sense help me to better understand the design directions, verifying the right direction every day with active and fluid processes.

I prepare activities in the best possible way to minimize the waste of time.
